Probably the best shooter of this draft. Dramatic improvement from his freshman to his sophomore season as he has doubled his scoring stats while his 3pt % has risen from 33% to 50+% on more than eight attempts per game (while playing only six more minutes per game). Doesn’t need much time or space to pul the trigger, excellent in the catch and shoot, uses the screens well and knows when to change speed. Nice physical tools with 6-9 wingspan and deceptive athleticism to be a good defender. Takes care of the ball, goes to the FT mine at a good rate. Could play both SG/SF spots at the next level and be paired with a primary ball handler.
Shoot first shoot second player, not the best creator and needs to be in the good system to perform. Very poor passer. Racks a decent amount of steals and blocks but has the tools to be a much better defender. Lacks a bit of explosivity in his first step. More of a complementary option than your potential franchise player.
